اصدرت وزارة الشؤون القانونية وحقوق الإنسان بالعاصمة عدن بيان استنكار وادانه حول الجريمة الجديدة التي ارتكبتها مليشيا الحوثي بحق سكان قرية يعيس في محافظة الضالع ، وذلك بما ارتكبته من عملية إجبار وضع عدد من سكان القرية على طريق خط عام يعتبر منطقة تماس عسكري .
واليكم نص البيان مثل ما ورد ..
في جريمة جديدة تعكس اخلاقياتها قامت المليشيات الحوثية الإرهابية باجبار سكان قرية يعيس شمال مديرية مريس بمحافظة الضالع على تركيب ونصب خيام في طريق الخط العام وهي منطقة تماس عسكرية، والغرض من ذلك جعل هولاء السكان المدنيين دروع بشرية في هذا المكان العملياتي الخطر بحيث يكون المدنيين ساترا تتحرك من خلفه المليشيات للقيام بأعمال عسكرية لمهاجمة الجيش الوطني .
إن هذا العمل الاجرامي الجبان الذي يعتبر انتهاكا واضحا وتعسفيا لحق الحياة وضربا متعمدا للقانون الدولي الانساني في اتفاقيات جنييف والبروتوكول الاضافي الأول لحماية المدنيين في الصراع وهو ما يعتبره نظام روما الاساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية من أعلى جرائم الحرب.
لكل ذلك فإننا ندعوا المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات الدولية أن تقف بمسؤولية للتحرك السريع من أجل إنقاذ السكان المدنيين الأبرياء من هكذا جريمة ستكون نتائجها وخيمة وكارثية.

Statement of denunciation and condemnation
In a new crime that reflects its morals, the terrorist Houthi militia forced the residents of Yaees village, north of the Murais district, in Al-Dhalea Governorate, to install tents on the highway, which is a military contact area, The purpose of this is to make the civilian population human shields in this dangerous operational place, so that the civilians will be a cover behind which the militias move to carry out military actions to attack the national army.
This cowardly criminal act, which is a clear and arbitrary violation of the right to life and a deliberate violation of international humanitarian law in the Geneva Conventions and the First Additional Protocol for the Protection of Civilians in Conflict, which is considered by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court as one of the serious war crime.
For all of this, we call on the international community and international organizations to stand responsibly and move quickly in order to save the innocent civilian population from such a crime, the results of which will be dire and catastrophic.
